Rehabilitation and Modification of 13 Water Filtration Plants with Reverse Osmosis at NUST Campus Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring rehabilitation and modification services for 13 water filtration plants installed at the NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with a contract reference number P43895. The scope includes rehabilitation and upgradation of 7 drinking water filtration plants with Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems and replacement of 6 old filtration plants with new RO systems. The project involves supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of RO plants with a capacity of 3,000 gallons per day each. The technical scope covers detailed engineering, supply of materials such as filter cartridges, RO membranes, pumps, control panels, and chemical dosing systems, as well as civil works for equipment foundations and electrical connections. The plants will be installed at various hostels and facilities within the NUST campus including Attar, Beroni, RAZI, Zakria, Fatima hostels, and others. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR, submit a Rs 3,000 tender fee, provide 2% bid security, and an affidavit of non-blacklisting. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 02:15 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid security must be submitted in original to the Works Directorate at NUST before the closing date. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The successful bidder will provide a 12-month warranty and operator training sessions.
