Tender Description
The Provincial Buildings Division Larkano invites sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of Municipal Stadium Larkano. This tender is specifically for civil works involving the restoration and improvement of the stadium facilities in Larkano, Sindh. The project includes comprehensive construction and repair works to enhance the infrastructure and usability of the stadium.

The scope of work covers all aspects of civil construction including foundation, plinth, flooring, internal water supply and sanitary fittings, internal electrification, and external development works. The contractor is expected to provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to complete the project within the stipulated time frame. The work will be executed under the supervision of the Engineer representing the Provincial Buildings Division.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline, and registered with the relevant tax authorities. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified in the bidding documents. The contract includes provisions for mobilization advance, performance security, and adherence to the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
The last date for obtaining bidding documents and submission of bids is 11 August 2026 by 23:59:59. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
