Rehabilitation of Flood Damaged PCC Roads in Samarbagh Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Samarbagh in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring rehabilitation works for flood damaged PCC roads across various locations including Prata, Chamyarano Banda, Nabil Khan, Korana Rahim Abad, Kotkay Jabagi, Gul Dehri Badin, Sarkai Kambat, Darul Salam Colony, Mangati Maskini, Ijara Sharbani, and Wadi Banda Sarkai. This procurement covers multiple small-scale road repair projects with estimated costs ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 400,000 per site, totaling approximately PKR 3.02 million. The scope involves restoration and rehabilitation of PCC roads damaged by floods, executed as per approved designs, BOQ, and TMA specifications. Contractors must be registered with PEC, KPRA, LGE&RDD Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and have renewed licenses for the financial year 2025-2026. Experience in similar civil works and valid FBR/ATL registration is mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of a 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) against the estimated cost is required with the quotation. Quotations must be submitted to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Samarbagh, by 17th June 2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders. Income Tax, KPRA Tax, and other government taxes will be deducted as per rules. Conditional or overwritten quotations will be rejected. The TMA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations according to KPPRA rules.
