Tender Description
The Office of the District Council Jhelum invites sealed bids through Punjab E-procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors registered on Punjab E-PADS for the year 2026-27. The procurement is for the rehabilitation of RCC rigid pavement from Mongolia to Boriyan UC Mughlabad, Tehsil Dina, District Jhelum.

The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the District Council Jhelum.
