Rehabilitation and Repair of Road from Akra to CHW under BSDI Phase-III

The Road Communication Works PP&H Department District Gwadar invites eligible bidders for the rehabilitation and repair of the road from Akra to CHW under BSDI Phase-III for the year 2026. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, with the relevant specialized code CE01-(i) for road and pavements drainage and retaining structure. The bidding firm must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 29,700,000 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security of 3% of the bid amount is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
