The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Engineering Department invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Internal Streets at different wards in UC-10 Lyari, District South, Karachi. The project requires adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and timely completion within 10 months. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, possess valid NTN and SRB registration, and demonstrate prior experience in similar government projects. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory, along with submission of an Integrity Pact. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA EPADS portal by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per SPPRA rules.
