Rehabilitation, Re-construction and Provision of Additional Facilities in Existing Primary and Elementary Schools in Taluka Dahli & Chachro, Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar invites bids for the rehabilitation, re-construction, and provision of additional facilities in existing primary and elementary schools located in Taluka Dahli and Chachro, District Tharparkar. This procurement is aimed at improving educational infrastructure to provide better learning environments for students in the region. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and reconstruction works at 15 school units including GBLSS Panat, GGPS Samoon Rind, GBPS Samoon Rind Ahmed Paro, GBPS Gul Sher Rahimoon Jese Jo Par, GBPS Ramlani, GBPS Rariaro, GBPS Suthar Colony, GBPS Pandhi Paro Noorani, GBPS Ranchi Jo Tar, GBPS Katho Ayoub, GBPS Alamsar, GBPS Saleem Mangrio, GBPS Meghwar Paro Kheme Jo Par, GBPS Karoo Jo Par, GGPS Qasim Paro Rarakar. The scope includes excavation, cement concrete works, brickwork, damp proofing, RCC works, steel reinforcement fabrication, earth filling, tile roofing, iron grill doors, plastering, painting, and other related civil and water supply & sanitary fittings. The contract covers detailed items such as excavation of foundations, brickwork, RCC roof slabs, steel fabrication, tile roofing, cement plastering, whitewashing, distempering, and painting. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration with specialized code CE-10 (except works below Rs. 4 million), active NTN and FBR registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and must submit all mandatory documents including original CDR and tender fees pay order. Technical proposals must be uploaded on the EPADS portal and original documents submitted before the closing deadline. The bid security is 5% of the tender amount and performance security is 10%. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement. Bids must be submitted by 29th September 2026 at 10:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Tharparkar, Mithi. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
