Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of 15 Primary and Elementary Schools in Taluka Dahli & Chachro, Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi invites bids for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and provision of additional facilities in fifteen existing primary and elementary schools located in Taluka Dahli & Chachro, District Tharparkar. The schools included in this project are GBLSS Panat, GGPS Samoon Rind, GBPS Samoon Rind Ahmed Paro, GBPS Gul Sher Rahimoon Jese Jo Par, GBPS Ramlani, GBPS Rariaro, GBPS Suthar Colony, GBPS Pandhi Paro Noorani, GBPS Ranchi Jo Tar, GBPS Katho Ayoub, GBPS Alamsar, GBPS Saleem Mangrio, GBPS Meghwar Paro Kheme Jo Par, GBPS Karoo Jo Par, and GGPS Qasim Paro Rarakar. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and reconstruction works including dismantling, excavation, brickwork, RCC work, steel reinforcement, roofing, plastering, painting, and sanitary fittings - Civil works such as earthwork, concrete, brickwork, tile roofing, plastering, painting, and steel grill doors - Water supply and sanitary fittings including installation of WC pans, lavatory basins, valves, UPVC pipes, and water pumping sets The scope covers comprehensive civil works and water supply installations as per the detailed bill of quantities. The project is funded under ADP No. 483 of 2026-27 and requires completion within 12 months from the commencement date. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category, possess valid FBR and SRB registrations, and submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. Technical bids will be evaluated on experience, manpower, equipment, and financial capability with a minimum passing score of 70%. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi, Works & Services Complex Naukot Road Mithi by 29-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:00 AM. Earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order must be submitted physically before the closing deadline.
