Rehabilitation of Record Room and Data Automation/Digitalization of Directorate of Industries & Commerce Karachi

The Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Karachi, Government of Sindh, is procuring comprehensive rehabilitation and digital transformation services for its registered office at Statelife Building No. 11, Abdullah Haroon Road, Saddar, Karachi. This project involves the rehabilitation of the record room and the complete automation and digitalization of records to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The technical scope includes civil works such as plaster removal, cement concrete flooring, and false ceiling installation. Electrical works cover wiring, installation of AC units, CCTV cameras with DVR systems, and fire extinguisher systems. The procurement also includes supply and installation of IT equipment like servers, computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, and laptops.
