Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Works & Services Department Thatta is procuring rehabilitation and renovation works for the (F.M) I-Type Bungalow located at Makli, Thatta. This project involves comprehensive civil works including removal of old plaster, dismantling tiles, cement concrete works, masonry, plastering, painting, wood joinery, flooring with glazed tiles, iron works, and installation of false ceilings. The scope also covers water supply and sanitary fittings such as W.C. pans, wash basins, urinals, G.I. pipes, and bathroom accessories. The works are to be executed in Thatta city under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Thatta.
The technical scope includes detailed civil rehabilitation and renovation of the bungalow with high-quality materials and workmanship as per departmental specifications. The contractor is expected to provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, plant, and equipment. The project duration is 360 days with a bid validity of 90 days.
