Tender Description
The Office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal is procuring rehabilitation and repair works for GPS Abdul Ghani Jat located in U/C Chach Jahan Khan, Taluka Shah Bandar, District Sujawal. This project specifically covers the remaining work of one existing classroom and the compound wall. The scope includes civil works such as masonry, RCC, plastering, roofing, and finishing along with water supply and sanitary fittings including installation of water pumps and plumbing fixtures.
The technical scope involves substantial construction activities including cement concrete, coursed rubble masonry, steel reinforcement fabrication, roofing with tiles, GI frames for doors and windows, iron grills, and painting. Water supply works include installation of uPVC pipes, water tanks, hand pumps, and mono block water pumping sets. The project requires adherence to detailed specifications and quality standards as per the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration with the appropriate category CE-10 for works above Rs. 4 million, active NTN and FBR registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and must submit authenticated affidavits on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting. Experience in similar government projects and financial capability as per the technical evaluation criteria are mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of CDR amounting to 5% of the estimated cost and tender fees must be submitted physically before the closing deadline.
The deadline for bid submission is **15-05-2026 at 10:00 am** at the Office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal, near Civil Hospital. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 am. The contract duration is 4 months from the written order to commence. Liquidated damages of 0.05% per day apply for delays.
