Women College, Govt. Girls High School, P/S Farid Nagar and Pull Rakh to Circuit House The works involve civil construction and rehabilitation with completion periods of 3 months for each lot. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via digital payment through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is mandatory for the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of offer letter receipt. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft are not accepted. The bidding process requires quoting item rates and total amounts for each item, with the governing factor for evaluation being the quoted rates.
