Tender Description
Municipal Corporation Sialkot is inviting electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for the rehabilitation and repair of Rodas Road under the Punjab e-Procurement System. This tender is specifically for development work in Sialkot and requires contractors to be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

The scope of work involves civil construction and repair activities on Rodas Road, ensuring quality materials and workmanship in line with the technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. Bidding documents, including terms, specifications, and eligibility criteria, are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA Punjab website from the date of publication. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 17-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of the Municipal Corporation Sialkot in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-) through SWIFT MT760 using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities will not be accepted. The successful bidder will also furnish a Performance Security of 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760.
