Tender Description
The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites bids for the rehabilitation and restoration of various roads in Lahore under a single stage one envelope procedure. This tender is specifically for contractors registered or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement system, ensuring transparency and ease of access for all eligible bidders.

- Rehabilitation of Link Samsani Road Allama Iqbal Zone
- Restoration of Road Cut at Kahna Nau, Nishtar Zone
- Restoration of Road Cut at Shalimar Town & Faisal Town Kahna Nau Nishtar
- Rehabilitation of Main Turki Road
- Special Repair / Rehabilitation of Road From Kheray Bridge to Jallo Village Road and Link Wahga
The scope of work includes comprehensive road rehabilitation and restoration activities across multiple zones in Lahore, focusing on improving road infrastructure and connectivity. The projects require adherence to PEC category C-6 & above for some works and C-4 & above for others, ensuring qualified contractors undertake the work. The estimated cost totals over PKR 316 million, reflecting the scale and importance of these infrastructure improvements.
Bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified categories and comply with FBR/ATL registration requirements. Experience in similar road rehabilitation projects will be advantageous. The bid security is set at 3% of the estimated cost, and all bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement system by 13-08-2026 at 10:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at Town Hall, The Mall Road Lahore.
