Rehabilitation of Road from Canal Bridge towards Shahbaz Sharif Park and Beautification and Improvement of College Chowk and College Road Daska

Municipal Committee Daska invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) for important development works in Daska city. Contractors/Firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of road from Canal Bridge towards Shahbaz Sharif Park Daska - Beautification and Improvement of College Chowk and College Road Daska City The scope includes rehabilitation and beautification works involving road construction and improvement at key locations in Daska. The works require experienced contractors with valid PEC registration and compliance with all bidding criteria. Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-) through SWIFT MT760 using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities will not be accepted. The successful bidder must also furnish a Performance Security of 5% of the contract price. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 03.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Municipal Committee Daska in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual, emailed, posted, couriered, hand-delivered, incomplete, corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected, or improperly filled financial bids will be rejected. The Municipal Committee Daska reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before acceptance and may increase or decrease the scope/quantity of work subject to budget availability and applicable rules.
