The Local Government Projects department of the Government of Sindh invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Road in Clifton Block 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 connecting to Marine Drive Road in Karachi. The project length is approximately 2.425 km with road widths varying from 7.3 to 11.6 meters. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories, possess valid NTN and SRB registrations, and meet financial and technical qualifications as per the bidding documents. Bid security of Rs. 27.75 Million is required along with a non-refundable tender cost of Rs. 5,000. Bidders must submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (E-PADS) portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
