Rehabilitation and Strengthening of Damaged Perimeter Fence at Airside IIAP Islamabad

The Islamabad International Airport - Pakistan Airports Authority (Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA)) invites sealed bids for the Rehabilitation and Strengthening of Damaged Perimeter Fence at Airside IIAP Islamabad. This procurement is for civil works to repair and strengthen the perimeter fence to ensure security and operational safety at the airport located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Dismantling all types of wire fencing or netting including winding wires and stacking serviceable material - Dismantling existing chain link fabric mesh to fencing posts - Dismantling lime or cement concrete in foundation and ground floor - Dismantling bitumen carpet from existing road surface - Dismantling stone masonry in lime or cement mortar - Excavation for foundation trenches and drains - Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 in foundation - Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 in column footing, columns, retaining walls, and plinth beams - Providing and laying hard grade ribbed deformed reinforcement bars - Providing and fixing PVC pipe spouts - Providing and fixing RCC fencing posts - Levelling and dressing the ground - Supplying earth from approved site - Making and compacting earthen embankments - Providing and laying cement concrete in roads, paths, and creteways - Providing and laying uncoursed rubble masonry - Fixing existing and new chain link fabric mesh with tension wire - Fixing existing and providing new galvanized iron barbed wire fencing - Providing and fixing iron grills and painting iron work The scope includes dismantling damaged fencing and concrete, excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, earthworks, and installation of new fencing and grills as per approved designs and directions of the Engineer Incharge. The contract duration is 9 months. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC license with minimum C-5 category in relevant field, FBR registration, and meet other eligibility criteria. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on September 30, 2026, with bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. The contract requires performance security of 5% of contract price and adherence to HSE standards as per CAA HSE Manual. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
