Rehabilitation of Toi Banda Inspection Hut and Visitor Compound at Kohat Forest Division

The Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division, is inviting e-tenders for the rehabilitation of key infrastructure under the project Rehabilitation of Toi Banda Inspection Hut and Visitor Compound at Kohat Forest Division. This procurement is being conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope Method as per KPPRA Rules 2014 (Financial). Only registered suppliers, contractors, and firms with valid NTN, GST, and KPPRA registration are eligible to participate. The works are located in Kohat, and the department is seeking reputable and experienced contractors for the following packages: Items being procured: - PACKAGE-A: Rehabilitation of Toi Banda Inspection Hut (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4.024 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 0.0804 Million) - PACKAGE-B: Rehabilitation of Visitor Compound at Kohat Forest Division (Estimated Cost: Rs. 2.971 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 0.0594 Million) Both packages require completion as per the work order. Bidders must submit their e-bids via the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/supplier/registration) by 2nd September 2026, 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. All proposals must be accompanied by a 2 percent CDR of the bid price in the name of Divisional Forest Officer, Kohat Forest Division, Kohat, and an affidavit regarding the CDR. The CDR and affidavit must be sealed and submitted as per instructions. Only contractors with relevant PEC codes for construction are eligible. All applicable taxes, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA Taxes, and Stamp Duties, will apply. Rates must be quoted on a FOR basis. Incomplete, conditional, or late bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
