The Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PAKRE) (Ministry of Commerce) invites bids for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services for the reinsurance coverage of the Government of Balochistan Learjet-45XR (AP-BKP) aircraft for the year 2027. Bidders must be international (re)insurance brokers with an annual premium placement volume of at least USD 500 million and must submit evidence with their bids. The international broker should submit the bid directly. Both foreign brokers and local affiliates must submit valid professional indemnity policies meeting regulatory requirements. The lead reinsurer must have a share between 15% and 25% with a minimum rating of 'A' by S&P, AM Best, Moody's, or Fitch. The bid must be a firm quote valid for 45 days from the bid opening date, with a premium payment warranty of 90 days from policy inception. No underwriting agencies are allowed as leaders. Bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by Monday, November 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
