Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids through Punjab e-Procurement System from contractors enlisted or renewed for the current financial year 2026-27 as per Punjab Local Government Works rules 2017. Contractors must upload scanned bid security copies online and submit original receipts from Bank of Punjab. Original registration documents from PEC, SECP, FBR, PRA, and other authorities are mandatory. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount via online receipt from Bank of Punjab within 15 days of tender opening. Additional performance security may be required if the lowest bid is within 5% of estimated cost. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Submission of forged documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
