Relocation, Maintenance and Installation of CCTV Cameras

Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the relocation, maintenance, and installation of CCTV cameras in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Networking Cable -6 23awg (1000 FT/per Roll) 4 Rolls - RJ 45 connectors (100 Pcs) 1 Box - Electric power sockets with back boxes 22 Nos - Hard pipe 3/4'' (pipe length 10 Feet) 220 Nos - Electric wire (7/29), Pakistan Cables/Fast/Newage cables or equivalent 100 Feet - Dismantling of 03 poles, 14 cameras, and installation with 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 concrete base including accessories and preventive maintenance with paint of 11 DBs 1 Job The scope includes dismantling existing poles and cameras, installation of new poles with concrete bases, and preventive maintenance including painting of distribution boards. Materials such as cables, connectors, sockets, pipes, and electric wires must meet specified standards and brand equivalencies like DLink, Corning, Vivanco, Pakistan Cables, Fast, or Newage. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with valid FBR registration and not blacklisted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on November 6, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically to the Procurement Office, 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Comsats University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad.
