Removal of Gardening Waste and Garbage from Civil Services Academy and Staff Colony Walton Road Lahore

The Civil Services Academy, an autonomous organization under the administrative control of the Establishment Division, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the removal of gardening waste and garbage from the CSA premises and Staff Colony located on Walton Road, Lahore. This procurement is for daily removal services using tractor trolley (Size 12'x7') and loader bucket to clear all debris, dismantled material, and garbage from the specified areas. Items being procured: - Removal of gardening waste - Removal of all debris and dismantled material - Removal of garbage from CSA and Staff Colony through tractor trolley and loader bucket on daily basis The scope of work includes daily collection of garbage from the Walton Campus and Staff Colony, including gazetted holidays such as Saturdays, Sundays, and Eid. The contractor is responsible for the disposal/removal of all debris and dismantled material away from the CSA premises. The contractor must share a garbage collection plan and maintain a register for arrival and exit entries at the gate. A list of staff with CNIC numbers involved in garbage collection must also be submitted. Eligibility criteria include at least two years of relevant experience with government departments, ownership of required machinery (tractor trolley and loader bucket) not older than five years, valid registration with FBR/PRA/STRN, and submission of bid security of Rs. 140,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Call Deposit/Banker Cheque. The contractor must also provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount. The quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 10th September 2026 at 11:30 am, with one hard copy and original bid security presented at the time of bid opening.
