Providing Services for Removal and Reinstallation of Signages at NVROs of Lahore and Gujranwala Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for providing specialized services for removal and reinstallation of signages at NVROs located in Lahore and Gujranwala Divisions under the BVI Project. This procurement is specifically for the maintenance and refurbishment of various signage types across multiple sites in these divisions. Items being procured: - Complete Signage Removal of NVROs (22 units) - Supply and Installation of Blue Bar (2050 feet) - Installation of new holder sheet and new wiring - Removal and re-installation of lights (22 units) - Signage Miscellaneous (11 units) - Complete Shop Stop Signage Removal, Transportation and Installation (5 units) - Signage and Graphics work (1100 units) The scope includes dismantling and removal of existing ACM fascia signage, fascia logos, frames, wiring, and other related components. Installation tasks involve repairing and painting MS structures, fixing ACM sheets, routing and bending of sheets, and installation of old fascia logos as per PSO approved designs. Additional works include installation of new holder sheets with wiring, reinstallation of blue bars with acrylic covers, removal and installation of various other signage types such as nameplates, wall logos, spreaders, and shop stop signs. The contractor is responsible for transportation of materials between sites as designated by the concerned engineer. Technical requirements include adherence to PSO approved designs and specifications, use of specified materials such as 22 SWG gauge MS sheets, 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated cables, and 3M or equivalent vinyl for graphics. The contractor must follow SOP for structure replacement dated 19-10-2020 and ensure all HSE precautions including use of certified scaffolding, safety harnesses, and licensed electricians for electrical works. Daily housekeeping and removal of debris is mandatory. Penalties apply for delays and improper waste management. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience in signage removal and installation, compliance with PSO policies, and submission of before and after photographs for each activity.
