Renewal of MS Office 365 Cloud Licenses for Inter State Gas Systems

The Procurement Department of Inter State Gas Systems (ISGS) Islamabad invites bids for the renewal of MS Office 365 Cloud Licenses for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for non-consultancy services and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Microsoft 365 Business Premium Licenses (20 per annum) - Microsoft 365 Business Standard Licenses (5 per annum) The successful bidder will be required to provide and renew the licenses within seven days of contract signing. The licenses are to be delivered to the 8th floor, Petroleum House, G-5/2, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Friday, September 11, 2026 at 02:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration is required. Eligibility criteria include possession of a Microsoft partnership certificate for Microsoft 365 and valid FBR registration (NTN and GSTN). The contract term is three years with fixed unit rates subject only to OEM/Microsoft price revisions. The quantity of licenses may be adjusted during the contract term as per ISGS requirements.
