The scope includes OEM-backed local vendor SLA renewal for the network switches until 31st October 2027 and for the Cisco IP phones until 31st July 2030. Round-the-clock technical support via phone, email, and web portal is required, with escalation to OEM experts as needed. On-site support and comprehensive reporting with incident logs and root cause analysis are mandatory. Data confidentiality and compliance with local data protection laws must be maintained. OEM support from India and Israel is not acceptable.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be Cisco Collaboration and Networking Partners with at least five similar assignments in the last five years, technical strength of three or more OEM certified resources in Cisco Collaboration and Networking, sales volume of PKR 500 million or more in each of the last three years, and verifiable presence/support office in Karachi. The bid security must be submitted in original form before the deadline to the FMU office in Karachi. The procurement method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The performance guarantee required is 10% of the contract price in the form of a bank guarantee.
