Renewal of Oracle Support Services for ERP, DWH, CBA and Advanced Security

SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from bidders registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS 1.0). Bidders must have Income & Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Renewal of Oracle Support Services for ERP - Data Warehouse (DWH) - Core Banking Application (CBA) - Advanced Security as per regulations The procurement involves renewal of Oracle support services covering ERP, DWH, CBA, and advanced security modules. The detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS 1.0 portal at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in line with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All e-Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to PKR 3,000,000/- in an acceptable form favoring SBP Banking Services Corporation. Bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on EPADS, and the original must be submitted to the Procuring Agency before the closing date and time. The e-bids must be submitted using EPADS 1.0 on or before Tuesday, 15 September 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS 1.0. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of all required documents and bid security to avoid disqualification. Familiarity with the EPADS portal and adherence to the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be critical for successful participation.
