Repair / Maintenance of 1st Floor Officers Washrooms at Main Office NUST H-12, Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) in Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the Repair and Maintenance of 1st Floor Officers Washrooms at the Main Office NUST H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P154371. The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance works involving civil and electrical components to ensure fully functional and well-maintained washroom facilities for officers. Items being procured: - 1st, 2nd & subsequent coats of synthetic enamel painting on doors and surfaces - Supply and fixing of Dampa ceiling with necessary components - Supply and fixing of knob locks, sink mixers, basin mixers, aluminium fly/insect screening - Toilet paper holders, double bib cocks, tee stop cocks, soap/spong trays, casted gratings - CP hooks for wardrobes, electric exhaust fans, LED recessed panel lights - Toilet showers, uPVC soil and waste pipes, elbows, Y-T joints, floor traps - Delux quality tiles, distempering, additional light points wiring - Replacement of dampa ceiling tiles, fixing washroom accessories - Cutting spaces for exhaust fans, removal and shifting of washroom fixtures - Supply and fixing of WC with hydraulic seat covers, marble polishing, tile grouting - Treatment of window side joints, minor door repairs The technical scope covers all materials and workmanship as per MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and market standards. The site is located at NUST, Sector H-12, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PEC and FBR, submit a Rs 3,000 tender fee, and provide 2% bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Director Works NUST. The contract duration is 60 days from commencement. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 3rd November 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid evaluation will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required upon award.
