Renovation, Maintenance, Replacement & Repair of Miscellaneous Minor Works at Sector E-8 Islamabad

This tender invites contractors for renovation, maintenance, replacement, and repair of miscellaneous minor works at Sector E-8 Islamabad under the Military Engineer Services. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3,999,994. The contract is to be completed within one month from the date specified in the first written work order. Items being procured: - Renovation works - Maintenance works - Replacement works - Repair of miscellaneous minor works Contractors enlisted with MES in category E and above are eligible to apply. Contractors enlisted with other departments such as Central/Provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR, WAPDA, etc., with a tendering limit of Rs. 25 million and above, may also tender by providing proof of enlistment, list of executed works with details, list of moveable and immovable assets supported by bank and revenue certificates, list of tools and plant owned, and any other relevant information supporting suitability. Contractors not enlisted with MES must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated contract value in Government Treasury or any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the form of FDR or Deposit at Call pledged to GE (N) Maint Islamabad. The earnest money will be refunded if the tender is not accepted, but may be forfeited if a non-bonafide tender is submitted. Applicants must also submit information about works currently in hand, including serial number, name of work, department, amount, percentage completed, and probable completion date. The tender documents, conditions, and schedules are available for inspection at the office of GE (Navy) Islamabad. Contractors must own a copy of MES Schedule of Rates-2025 and produce proof if required. Applications for pre-qualification and tender issuance must be received by 09 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted by 1130 hours on or after 20 November 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day at the office of GE (N) Maint Islamabad.
