The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis from reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with relevant codes. The procurement involves external painting and renovation works at key government buildings in Islamabad. Items being procured: - External painting of the existing building facade at FPSC Pakistan, Islamabad - External painting of the existing building at FBR, Islamabad - External painting and renovation of the building facade at Radio Pakistan, Islamabad These projects require skilled workmanship and quality materials to restore and enhance the exterior facades of these important government offices. The scope includes surface preparation, painting, and renovation as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified category and demonstrate relevant experience. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of the Deputy Director Works Division-II, CDA. Scanned copies of the Bid Security must be uploaded on the EPADS portal, with the original submitted to the CDA office three days prior to bid submission. Bids without proper security will be rejected. The last date for online bid submission is November 13, 2026, at 11:30 AM via the EPADS portal (http://epads.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Director Works CDA, Room No. 21, Block E, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad.
