Tender Description
The Local Government & Community Development Civil Division Gujranwala invites tenders from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for renovation and construction works in Gujranwala. The project includes renovation of Presbyterian Church Civil Lines, renovation of UP Church Civil Lines, and construction of a Christian Graveyard boundary wall at Wania and Koral Gujranwala.

The scope involves civil works including structural repairs and boundary wall construction. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and hold a valid PEC license for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement website (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System in favor of the Executive Engineer LG&CD Civil Division Gujranwala. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted.
Performance Guarantee of 5% of the contract amount is mandatory within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter. Bidders are required to quote item rates against each item and submit bids digitally only. The last date for submission of bids is 11-09-2026 by 01:00 PM, with bid opening at 02:30 PM on the same day. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening at the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Gujranwala.
