Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Jamrud Branch (0912) KPK Region

Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and not blacklisted. Experience of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 1.0 Million in the last three years is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Technical and financial proposals must comply with the detailed bidding documents available on EPADS. The bid opening will be conducted online on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract duration is 45 days with a bid validity period of 359 days. No joint ventures are allowed. The performance guarantee is not required for this contract.
