Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Amlok Dara Branch (1869) KPK Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP IBB Amlok Dara Branch (1869) located in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, flooring, doors, windows, grills, ventilators, glass work, electrical and plumbing fixtures - Internal paint works with plastic emulsion paint on internal walls - Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 under floor with smooth finish - Porcelain tiles flooring 1200mm x 600mm grit white, 11mm thick - Porcelain tiles on toilet walls/floor, UAE/Malaysian 600mm x 300mm - Supply and installation of wooden doors with specified design and hardware - Fabrication and fixing of steel grill collapsible doors with louvers - WPC wall panelling 5mm groove fluted paneling - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., wash basin, sink, toilet accessories, stainless steel handles - Water supply system with polypropylene random PP-R pipes and brass valves - Soil, waste, vent and rainwater drainage system with UPVC pipes - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, data/voice wiring - Supply and installation of LED downlights, spotlights, fans, exhaust fans - Power sockets and cable containment with PVC conduits and dura ducts - Data/voice fixtures including face plates and patch/drop cords The technical scope covers all civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications. The site is located at the NBP branch in Amlok Dara, KPK. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and hold a valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. The contract will be awarded using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bid security must be submitted as per the bidding documents in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft.
