The team should be multidisciplinary, covering architects, structural engineers, landscape architects, QS/BOQ specialists, ensuring design through execution. Experience in delivering high-visibility public realm projects combining artistic design with technical planning integration is necessary. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 08-10-2026. The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 13-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with the financial bid opening scheduled for 13-10-2026 at 12:30 PM after approval of the technical bid by the competent authority. Bidding documents can be obtained from the procuring entity upon submission of a printing fee of Rs.3,000 during working hours. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Mall Road Mardan. Complete bid security in the form of CDR including bank name, CDR number(s), and dates must be submitted electronically along with the E-PAD system. The tender fee is Rs. 3,360 and the bid security is Rs. 242,750. The PEC category required is C-6 and above.
