Tender Description
This tender invites contractors to undertake the renovation and rehabilitation of Type-B Quarters in the New Staff Colony at Chandka Medical College, part of SMBB Medical University in Larkana. The project covers extensive civil works including dismantling, concrete and brickwork, plastering, flooring, painting, and desilting of sewerage lines. Plumbing works involve installation of sanitary fixtures, UPVC piping, and water tanks. Electrical works include wiring, installation of switches, circuit breakers, lighting, and fans. The work requires adherence to quality standards for materials and workmanship, including the use of indigenous materials where possible. The project duration is three months from the date of commencement.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories and maintain active FBR/ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of a 5% earnest money deposit and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 in the form of a pay order. The bid validity period is 90 days.
