Renovation Works of Seminar Hall at A-Block, CUI-Lahore Campus

The Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for the renovation works of the Seminar Hall at A-Block, CUI-Lahore Campus located in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Items being procured: - Providing and laying premium quality imported polypropylene carpet tiles, 6 mm thick, 1400 sqft - Providing and replacement of seat & back covers with premium-quality upholstery fabric, 125 seats - Providing and fixing false ceiling comprising 5/8 inch thick plaster of Paris (POP) sheets, 1400 sqft - Providing and fixing PVC wall paneling of approved high-quality PVC material, 8–10 mm thick, 1430 sqft - Providing and fixing of Roller blinds for windows, 168 sqft - Providing and applying two coats of approved quality enamel paint over existing/old surfaces, 510 sqft - Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of Greenheck TBI-CA or RA vane-axial ceiling exhaust fans, 2 units - Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of LED Linear Light, surface/recessed, 200 ft - Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of Wall Sconces, 12 units - Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of professional-grade dimmable LED Spotlights, 4 units The scope includes all necessary materials, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty as per specifications. The works must be completed within 30 days from the commencement date. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements, FBR/ATL registration, and submit bid security as per bidding documents. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure timely submission.
