Tender Description
The Estate Office Management is procuring renovation and upgradation works for Electrical and Mechanical (E/M) installations at its Estate Office in Lahore. This procurement is specifically for the fiscal year 2025-26 and involves comprehensive electrical and mechanical repair and replacement activities at the Estate Office Management premises.
The technical scope includes replacement of defective switches, sockets, fans, LED lighting fixtures, distribution boards, wiring, ducts, pipes, and installation of modern equipment such as LED smart TVs, microwave ovens, refrigerators, RO water filters, electric water coolers, and split-type air conditioners. The work also covers installation and commissioning of conference room audio-visual equipment including delegate and chairman units, power amplifiers, and ceiling speakers. All materials and equipment must conform to approved makes and standards, with wiring and cables from specified manufacturers. The site is located in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be enlisted with PEC in Category C6 or above for the year 2025-26 with relevant specialized codes and hold a valid electrical license. They must have completed at least three similar E/M works in the last three years with a minimum value of Rs. 5 million each. Bidders must also provide an affidavit of not being blacklisted and comply with FBR/ATL registration requirements.
The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security must be submitted to the Assistant Director (E/M) office in Islamabad or Lahore before the deadline. The contract completion period is 15 calendar days from signing. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required. Bidders should ensure complete and item-wise priced BOQ submission to avoid disqualification.
