Renovation Work (Weather Shield) on Exterior of the PINS Building, Lahore

The Punjab Institute of Neurosciences (PINS), Lahore invites sealed tenders from financially sound, income tax and sales tax registered firms for renovation work involving Weather Shield application on the exterior of the PINS building in Lahore. Items being procured: - Renovation Work (Weather Shield) on Exterior of the PINS Building This procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk & https://cp.punjab.gov.pk) following the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The work involves applying weather shield materials to protect and enhance the exterior surfaces of the building, ensuring durability and aesthetic improvement. Eligible bidders must be registered and licensed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline applicable to this work. Valid PEC registration/license must be maintained throughout the bidding and contract period. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Firms must quote rates as per bidding documents and tender list. Tender documents and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Works Department of the institution during working hours. Bidding documents will be available immediately after publication on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites without any fee. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 2014, No. 38(2)(a). The last date and time for submission of tenders is 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for 15-09-2026 at 11:30 AM.
