The Bank of Punjab is inviting technical and financial bids from reputable contractors for renovation work at its branches located in Liaqat Road Branch Sahiwal, Mankera Branch, Defense Road Branch Sialkot, and Kot Addu Branch. This tender is specifically for hiring contractors to carry out renovation works at these four branches. Items being procured: - Renovation work at Liaqat Road Branch, Sahiwal - Renovation work at Mankera Branch - Renovation work at Defense Road Branch, Sialkot - Renovation work at Kot Addu Branch The scope involves comprehensive renovation activities at the specified branches, requiring contractors to have experience in civil works and building maintenance. The work will be executed as per the Bank’s standards and specifications, ensuring quality and timely completion. Contractors must be registered with the relevant PEC category for civil works and possess valid NTN and GST registration certificates. Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 04-08-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of bids.
