Rent of Canteens and Shops at Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan

Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan invites sealed bids from contractors, service providers, and reputable vendors/companies for the rent of various canteens and shops on its campus for a contract period of three years. The locations available for rent include the Student Center, Computer Science Department vicinity, Gillani Law College, Umar Hall Market, and near Bio Chemistry. Items being procured: - Super Store (Minimum Rent Rs. 50,000, Security Rs. 200,000, Location: Student Center) - Canteen Computer Science (Minimum Rent Rs. 25,000, Security Rs. 200,000, Location: Near Computer Science Deptt.) - Canteen Law College (Minimum Rent Rs. 20,000, Security Rs. 200,000, Location: Gillani Law College) - Food Point (Minimum Rent Rs. 20,000, Security Rs. 100,000, Location: Near Double Flats) - Barbar Shop (Minimum Rent Rs. 10,000, Security Rs. 100,000, Location: Umar Hall Market) - Mobile Shop (Minimum Rent Rs. 10,000, Security Rs. 100,000, Location: Umar Hall Market) - General Store (Minimum Rent Rs. 10,000, Security Rs. 100,000, Location: Near Double Flats) - Photostat and Composing Shop (Minimum Rent Rs. 10,000, Security Rs. 100,000, Location: Near Bio Chemistry) The tender follows a single stage, single envelope procedure where bidders must submit a single packet containing both technical and financial proposals. Tender documents with terms and conditions can be obtained in person from the Secretary Cafeteria Committee office upon submission of a non-refundable challan or pay order of Rs. 1,000 per canteen/shop. Bid security in the form of pay order is required: Rs. 200,000 or Rs. 100,000 depending on the shop. Bids without bid security will be rejected. The successful bidder must submit an advance tax of 10% of the rent monthly along with the rent. Character and police verification certificates are mandatory before occupation. The bids must reach the office of Secretary Cafeteria Committee, Jinnah Auditorium, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan by 22 October 2026 at 12:00 p.m. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:15 p.m. in the Committee Room Admin Block. If bids cannot be opened on this date, they will be opened on 29 October 2026 at the same time and place. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including all required documents and bid security to avoid rejection. Timely submission and compliance with all terms will ensure consideration.
