Hiring of Rental Furniture and Miscellaneous Items for Screening Test by Sindh Public Service Commission Hyderabad

Sindh Public Service Commission Hyderabad invites sealed bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for hiring rental furniture and other miscellaneous items on a framework contract/rate contract basis during financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Rental Furniture & other Miscellaneous items including Tents (Shamiyana and Kanat) in one color per centre - Iron Foam Chair / Plastic Chair with neat & clean cover in white color - Generators as per load requirement - Sound system and loudspeakers - Stage setting (20 x 40 sq ft) - Invigilator Counters - Installation of CCTV Cameras covering up to 100 candidates per camera - Installation of 8 x 12 Size SMD Screen with DVR recording - Control Room for CCTV Camera System - Pedestal moving Fans (1 per 10 candidates) - Entry Gate Rows - Mobile Collection Counters - First Aid Rooms - Runner Carpet for passages - 08 persons for sweeping/cleaning tents with ID cards - Chilled drinking water in 19 litres sealed jerry cans with table stand and disposable glasses - Help Desk - Other relevant accessories including transportation and service charges The scope includes supplying and installing all items at each examination centre with neat, clean, and standardized arrangements. The contract requires experienced firms with at least 5 years of decoration services experience, valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN, active taxpayer status, and a minimum annual bank turnover of Rs. 30 million over the last five years. Performance certificates and documentary evidence of similar services for at least five events in the last five years are mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 28-08-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the Sindh Public Service Commission Head Office, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000 and bid security Rs. 500,000 in the form of pay order. In case of public holidays, the next working day will be considered the deadline.
