Rental Office Space for 04 NADRA Offices in Quetta Region

The Ministry of Interior through NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta invites Pakistani suppliers and service providers to submit E-Bids for rental office space required for four NADRA offices located in different Tehsils and Districts of Quetta region. The offices include NRC Quetta City, NRC Nokundi, Zonal Office Jhal Magsi at Usta Muhammad, and Zonal Office Ziarat at Sinjavi. Items being procured: - Rental office space for NRC Quetta City with covered area 2500 to 2900 sqft located at New Sabzal Road (from Sipni Chowk to Kidney Hospital) - Rental office space for NRC Nokundi with covered area 1500 to 1800 sqft in City Area - Rental office space for Zonal Office Jhal Magsi at Usta Muhammad with covered area 1000 to 1500 sqft in City Area at Usta Muhammad - Rental office space for Zonal Office Ziarat at Sinjavi with covered area 1000 to 1500 sqft in City Area at Sinjavi The technical scope requires the accommodation to be persisting in the main city with covered area as specified. The premises should have a prominent location with an independent entrance, security-wise viable and easily accessible for the general public. Dedicated electrical meter with 13 phase connection, proper outer door (preferable), ramp for wheelchair access, and sufficient parking space for staff and public are mandatory. The tenancy period should be for a longer term of 10 years. Eligibility criteria include submission of attested photocopies of ownership or lease documents, valid approved site plan, building structure certificate, and an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper certifying the owner/building is not temporarily or permanently debarred from any government agency. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience in providing rental office spaces for government or large organizations is preferred. The last date for submission of electronic bids on EPADS is 10th August 2026 by 10:30 AM, with opening of general proposals at 11:00 AM the same day at NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta. Bids must be inclusive of all taxes except GST/ SST which should be mentioned separately. No brokerage or service charges will be paid to real estate agents. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required property and ownership documents are complete and attested as incomplete documentation will lead to rejection. Early submission is advised to avoid last-minute technical issues on the EPADS platform.
