Rental Office Space for Executive NADRA Registration Center DHA Karachi

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Karachi invites bids for rental office space to be used for the Executive NADRA Registration Center located in DHA Karachi. The office accommodation must be situated in the vicinity of DHA Phase IV to Phase VIII, Karachi, with a covered area preferably between 3,500 sq.ft to 6,000 sq.ft on the ground floor. The space should be in the shape of a hall with public and staff washrooms and an approachable main location with a wide gate and main road access. Security-wise, the location must be viable and easily accessible by public transport. Additional features required include a ramp for wheelchair access, rooftop for satellite dish and solar installations, proper parking space, and a public queue area. The building status should preferably be commercial with tenancy for a minimum period of 10 years. Items being procured: - Office accommodation space 3,500 to 6,000 sq.ft - Ground floor hall with washrooms - Independent entrance with wide gate - Ramp for disabled access - Rooftop for satellite dish and solar installations - Proper parking and public queue space The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bidding documents are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 5th October 2026 at 12:00 pm. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 12:30 pm at the NADRA Regional Head Office Karachi conference hall. A bid security in hard copy must also be provided. Bidders must attach attested photocopies of property documents, approved map, site plan, CNIC, NTN, GST, SST certificates, completion and fitness certificate of the building, and a non-judicial stamp paper undertaking of Rs. 500 certifying the building is not temporarily or permanently debarred by any government agency. The quoted price must include all applicable taxes. No brokerage or service charges will be paid to real estate agents. NADRA reserves the right to reject bids if required property documents are not provided.
