The space should be shaped as a hall with public and staff washrooms and be located on an approachable main road with a prominent independent entrance and wide gate. The location must be secure, easily accessible by public transport, and include a ramp for wheelchair access for disabled citizens. Additional requirements include rooftop space for satellite dish antenna and solar installations, proper parking, and public queue space. The building status must be commercial, and the tenancy period is required for a minimum of 10 years.
