Rental Office Space For Establishment of NADRA Registration Center Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi East

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Karachi invites bids for the rental of office space for establishing a NADRA Registration Center in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi East. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for the financial year 2026-27. The office space required should be located in the vicinity of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town, Karachi, with a covered area preferably between 2,500 to 4,000 square feet on the ground floor. The property must have a clear title in the name of the owner, or a valid power of attorney if co-owned. It should have an independent entrance with a wide gate, be situated on a main road, and be easily accessible by public transport. Essential facilities include a dedicated 3-phase electrical meter/connection (25 to 50 KVA), line water with overhead tank and electric water pump, ramp for wheelchair access, proper parking and public queue space, and installation of fire fighting equipment. The building should have proper flooring such as marble or tiles, front glass door with shutter gate, false ceiling with electrification, and availability of rooftop for satellite dish and solar installations. The tenancy period must be a minimum of 10 years. Bidders must provide all required documentation including ownership documents, approved site plans, fitness and completion certificates, tax registrations, and no objection certificates for signage and generator installation. The bid should be inclusive of all taxes and submitted through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
