Rental office space for NADRA offices in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa districts

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is seeking rental office space for its various district offices across the province. This procurement is aimed at securing suitable office accommodation with specific features to support NADRA’s operations in multiple districts. Items being procured: - Office space in Terri (District Karak) 1500-3500 sq ft - Office space in Barisko (District Peshawar) 2500-4000 sq ft - Office space in Dir Upper (District Dir Upper) 3500-6000 sq ft - Office space in Dir Lower (District Dir Lower) 3500-6000 sq ft - Office space in Chamkani (District Peshawar) 2500-4000 sq ft - Office space in Shah Alam (District Peshawar) 2500-4000 sq ft - Office space in Madyan (District Swat) 2500-4000 sq ft - Office space in Danday (District Shangla) 1500-3000 sq ft - Office space in Samir (District Kurram) 1500-3000 sq ft - Office space in Totalai (District Buner) 1500-3000 sq ft The office accommodation must include public and staff washrooms, independent entrance, prominent location on main roads, dedicated 3 phase electrical meter/connection, water facility with overhead tank, ramp for disabled citizens, space for signage and heavy generator, rooftop provision for satellite dish/transmitter/solarization system, and sufficient parking and public queue areas. Buildings must not be on encroached land and preference will be given to those with dedicated transformers installed. Eligible bidders must submit a technical bid with property ownership documents, valid CNIC, fitness certificate, non-judicial stamp paper undertaking, building pictures, and approved site plan. Financial bids must include owner’s consent with monthly rent and offered area, inclusive of all taxes, and no brokerage charges. Bidders should be registered and experienced in property leasing with valid FBR/ATL status. The tender follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS on the PPRA website by 30th July 2026 at 11:00 am. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or representatives. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
