Hiring of Rental Premises for Sub Zonal Office CFC Heerabad Hyderabad

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the hiring of rental premises for its Sub Zonal Office CFC Heerabad located in Hyderabad, Sindh. The premises should have at least 2 to 3 rooms with additional room/storage space, measuring a total area of 1500 to 5000 square feet. Interested parties must have legally cleared premises with valid title or ownership documents to be eligible for participation. Items being procured: - Rental premises for Sub Zonal Office CFC Heerabad - At least 2 to 3 rooms - Additional room/storage space - Total area between 1500 to 5000 square feet The scope includes leasing premises situated at a main road facing area, easily accessible and located in a commercial area with necessary basic utilities. The premises must have duplex/emergency exit and be well-constructed. The first tenancy agreement will be for 3 years from the date of possession, with renewal subject to mutual consent and rent increase limits as per provincial rental laws. Minor repairs up to Rs. 4,999 will be borne by the company, while major repairs above Rs. 5,000 will be the responsibility of the landlord. Timely payment of property tax and a 3-month notice for vacating the premises are required. Bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and submit a fixed bid bond amounting to Rs. 20,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. Bids will be submitted online via EPADS portal by 03-08-2026 at 10:30 hours, with public opening at 11:00 hours the same day. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of public opening. Technical bids must include all required documents, signed and stamped as per tender instructions. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
