Hiring of Rental Premises for Zonal Office Radhan

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi is inviting bids for the hiring of rental premises for its Sub Zonal Office Radhan. The premises should have at least 2 to 3 rooms with additional room/storage space, measuring between 1500 to 4500 square feet. The location must be legally cleared with valid title or ownership documents and have sufficient parking area as per the BOQ requirements. This procurement is specifically for office rental services in Karachi under the SSGC department. The technical scope includes providing a well-constructed building situated on a main road facing area, preferably in a commercial zone with basic utilities. The premises must have a duplex or emergency exit and be free from any legal liabilities such as property tax, electricity, gas, water, and sewerage bills. The tenancy agreement will initially be for 3 years with possible renewal subject to mutual consent. Minor repairs up to PKR 4,999 will be borne by the company, while major repairs above PKR 5,000 will be the landlord’s responsibility. Timely payment of property tax and a 3-month advance notice for vacating are mandatory. Eligible bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and comply with all tender requirements including submission of a fixed bid bond of PKR 20,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by 30th April 2026 at 10:30 hours, with public opening at 11:00 hours the same day. The bid validity period is 120 days. The submission must include all signed and stamped documents as per tender instructions. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure early registration and participation through the EPADS system and to submit the physical bid bond to the SSGC Head Office before the deadline to avoid rejection.
