Tender Description
Mardan Medical Complex Mardan (MTI-MMC) invites sealed bids for the rental of a shop for the establishment and operation of a stationery, medical books, and photocopy shop at its premises in Mardan. This procurement is conducted under the relevant provisions of Rule 50-D of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

The shop will be located within the MTI-MMC Mardan complex, providing essential services to patients, staff, and visitors. Bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and where applicable, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is mandatory.
Bid solicitation documents containing detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and other relevant information can be obtained from the office of the Hospital Director on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM from the date of publication until the last date for submission of bids. A non-refundable document fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Documents may also be downloaded from the KP-PPRA and MTI-MMC Mardan websites.
Bidders must submit a Bid Security of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Hospital Director, MTI-MMC Mardan. An affidavit confirming placement of the original bid security in the financial bid must accompany the technical bid.
Complete bids must reach the office of the Hospital Director by 11:00 AM on 08.10.2026 (Thursday). Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the Conference Room of MTI-MMC Mardan in the presence of the Procurement/Asset Disposal Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest evaluated/quoted rent, subject to fulfillment of all prescribed eligibility and other requirements. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules, 2014, including Rule 47.
