Renting Space for Billboards/Hoards (LED Installation) at Campus I, Rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University, located at The Mall, Rawalpindi, invites bids from well-established and economically sound parties for renting four billboard/hoarding sites inside the university premises at Campus I. The procurement involves renting space specifically for LED installation on these billboards. Items being procured: - Site no. 1 facing PC Hotel with an annual rent of Rs. 6,313,188 and Bid Security of Rs. 315,659 - Site no. 2 facing PC Hotel with an annual rent of Rs. 6,313,188 and Bid Security of Rs. 315,659 - Site no. 3 coming from DHA with an annual rent of Rs. 6,313,188 and Bid Security of Rs. 315,659 - Site no. 4 coming from DHA with an annual rent of Rs. 6,313,188 and Bid Security of Rs. 315,659 The total annual estimated rent for all four sites is Rs. 25,252,752 with a combined Bid Security of Rs. 1,262,636. The university requires bidders to be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an active tax filer status. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, with GST/PST indicated separately if applicable. Bids must remain valid for 90 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 11:30 hours. Earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimated annual rent must accompany each bid in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi.
