Repair of 200-KVA Generator Installed at Bahadarabad New Disposal Station in Nishter Town, WASA Lahore

Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), under Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites bids from suppliers and contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC License category C-6 or above for the repair of a 200-KVA generator installed at Bahadarabad New Disposal Station in Nishter Town, WASA Lahore. Items being procured: - Repair of 200-KVA Generator installed at Bahadarabad New Disposal Station The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19-10-2026 before 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A digital bid security/e-Bid Security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost, i.e. Rs. 38,595/-, in favor of WASA Lahore, must be verified on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the bid submission deadline. Bids failing to comply with this will be rejected. Eligibility requires a valid PEC license in category C-6 or above, active NTN and PNTN registration, and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must ensure their e-bids are virus-free and readable to avoid rejection under Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations 2024. The bids will remain valid for 120 days.
